in -/-/- my wife and I used PayPal to pay for a income tax filing extension as the site would not accept our debit card the cost was $19.00. today I received a call from their collection department requesting I pay $100.00 in late fees I was shocked at such a sizeable late fees on $20.00 dollars. I think this would qualify as loan sharking. of course I must say shame on us for not reading the fine print.
