PayPal Credit Card Complaint

I made a purchase online with a company that took Paypal Credit and felt secure shopping because of that and in fact used my Paypal Credit line to purchase - worth of dresses. Of the - dresses I ordered only - came, - were a small and I ordered - and - of the - was ripped in the front of the dress. The seller will not send a prepaid shipping label to ship them back and the cheapest rate I could find so far is - to ship them back to seller in -. Paypal gave me - and stated they have to be shipped back before they can make my balance - and will keep the seller paid until I ship them back and the seller confirms they received them. Paypal says I can not use the - Postal Service bc the seller can receive them and say they did not. I have to use - - and a rough quote has been - and that was an estimate. I do n't feel it 's fair that I have to pay the remaining shipping for items not the right size and damaged and PayPal is not backing me in this ... ... .the last thing the seller in - emailed me was instructing me to use the - - - and do it asap. This whole purchase has been a nightmare ... ..Paypal is very aware of the situation has basically in a nutshell said " you need to ship the items back and prove to us you have '' until then the seller will remain paid and you have a balance you have to pay us ... ... ... I will nit be paying them, I have dresses I ca n't use and do not feel it 's fair to pay the high shipping cost to get them back to seller and yet they have been paid and will remain paid according to Paypal Credit unless I do ship back to them
