Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Nevada

Clark County Collections has reported to the credit bureaus a derogatory account dated -/-/11 in the amount of $1100.00. According to information obtained through internet search, this agency collects on unpaid medical accounts. Not only have I kept continuous medical coverage, I have not received any notification of unpaid debt to a provider for medical care. I also have not received any correspondence from Clark County Collections. Additionally, I did not receive any type of medical related service on the date reported by the agency. The unpaid debt reported by Clark County Collections has made it difficult to obtain necessary medical care and they have falsely tarnished my creditworthiness. They have failed to provide sufficient documentation pertaining to their reported debt and have made it impossible to have the incorrect information removed from my credit reports.
