My sister took out a high interest loan with this company, then lost her job and defaulted on the loan. I am not a party to the loan in any way, shape or form. The company somehow figured out I am her sister and started calling me. I have received more than ten calls from a variety of telephone numbers. One person asked for my sister by name and when I explained I am her sister, they blasted very loud and menancing music into the receiver. Another time, a recording asked for my sister by name. Now they call frequently at all hours. My research indicates it is illegal for collection agencies to contact debtor 's family members, but they keep harassing me.
