- is attempting to collect a debt. They call me during work hours and I have told them - orally that I am in a HIPAA controlled environment and I am not allowed to take calls not pertaining to work. I have on three occasions told them a proper time to contact me is during my lunch at -. They have never attempted to contact me during that time and continue to call outside of that time.
