I have a credit card debt that was settled since 2009. A judgement has been recorded. I have a satisfaction letter but Portfolio refuses to record the judgement satisfaction. I have told them that I was in the middle of selling my home and that I could not because of the lien recorded. They refuse to give me a timeline for when this can be resolved.
