Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I was promised a - signing bonus points which is worth $400.00 in cash when I applied Wellsfargo - - - on - - 2015. The Letter came with the card arrived said I would get points posts to my account - billing periods the date after $3000.00 qualifing net purchase posted. I made my $3000.00 spending in - and today -/-/2015 - billing periods after still no sign of my bonus points. I have called every month a few days after each closing date, and got same answer - billing periods after 3 month spending period ' which is different from it stated on the letter. Every time I called I had to speak to - representatives and repeated the same story over and over. Call center CSR had no authotity to offer any help and said just wait or write to executive office. I am done with waiting, here is my complain!
