I had a car loan with Condor Capital Corp since 2012. Occasionally I paid my loan late but I was never late more than one month. By court order Condor Capital has been dissolved and my loan ended up in hands of ... That the problem. I do n't know who my current lender is. Condor 's website redirects me to blank, generic log in info. When I log in with my previous credentials I see my personal information but under account information there always is message : '' No accounts available to view ''. I repeatedly send emails to contact info and made multiple phone calls ( - ) always answered by voicemail. Except - generic response via email, none of my request was answered, including multiple requests for payoff statement. I mailed - payment to - - - under Contact Us '' info ( - - -, - -, CA - ). My check was cashed within 4 days of mailing form -. There was no endorsement on the back and still no response regarding any statement, balance, account information. I really do n't know what to do at this point. I have no problem with paying for my car but since Condor Capital was shut down for defrauding its customers, I refuse to make any further payments without being able to oversee that the payments are being applied correctly and my balance is where it should after 3 years of payments. I would really appreciate your advice and help in this matter.
