I am reporting Calvalry Portfolio Services for illegally reporting false information to the - Credit Bureau. It can be found under the Public Record section of my credit report. They have deceived the credit bureaus to intentionally re-age the debt. The background of this debt : This account with orignially with - and openedaround - -. I have the records indicating the first missed payment was - -. It was charged off - -. This account is only supposed to continue on record until -/-/-Calvalry 's False Claims:1. ) They claim to have served me notice on - - -. This is inaccurate. I received no claim and had no knowledge of Calvalry 's identity or that the debt changed hands. Calvalry can not provide any evidence for this claim. 2. ) They claim that their law firm, - - served me notice on - - -. This is also false, I received no such notice and neither Calvary or the law firm has any evidence to support the claim. 3. ) They claim that I was served notice on - - - that - - filed a lawsuit for the account. This claim is also inaccurate. Neither Cavalry nor the law firm can provide any legitimate accurate evidence to support this claim. I am reporting Calvalry and their law firm for giving false information to the courts. I received no court summons, no information from Cavalry whatsoever that the debt changed hands. I made absolutely no deals with them, received no notices or court papers. On top of that I am reporting them b/c they re-aged the debt so that it appears on the credit report to continue until - - when it is only supposed to be - -
