MEFA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan California

I 've had a private loan serviced through ACS, and they recently increased my monthly payment without notice. My monthly payment had been $290.00 a month, and it just recently increased this month to $460.00. I can not make the original $290.00 payment each month, having to make installment payments twice a month to keep up, and now they 've raised the payment out of the blue. I have been lied to, harassed, and threatened with litigation repeatedly. Please help me deal with this predatory company. I have submitted complaints about this company before to CFPB and nothing has happened, but they continue to charge me more money each month, which I was never notified about.
