I am formally requesting that AMS remove the 30 day late reported on my credit report as it is INACCURATE. For account number AMS SERVICING INC - we were never late during the month it shows on the report, please delete the 30 day late reported as it is incorrect and see my proof of payment that I made to the previous mortgage serviser!
