Toyota Motor Credit Corporation Consumer loan department,
Vehicle lease Managing the loan or lease Wisconsin
We traded our Toyota Sienna in at the beginning of - 2015. Our typical payment would have been due on - - but the dealership told us not to pay it as it was included in the payoff amount that would be sent to Toyota Financial Services. TFS received the payoff on - -, 2015. In - we were told that Toyota had reported to the credit bureaus that our - 2015 payment was past 30 days late. Since we were given this information I have contacted Toyota Financial Services - times via phone, once via email and another via written letter. I have heard nothing. We need to get this removed from our credit report. This payment was not over 30 days late. We are in the process of purchasing a new home and this blemish on our credit report is significantly affecting us. I do n't know what else to do and I 'm at my wits end with Toyota.
