A collection attorney named Forster & Garbus is trying to sue me for a - - credit card account that is no longer on my credit report. The credit card account is from - which is more than seven years ago. I live in New York - - - - - the statue of limitation is - years on credit card accounts. I do not want this collection attorney to try to seize my checking account because I am barely living above the poverty rate. I can not afford to pay this debt and plus the debt is more than seven years ago and it is no longer on my credit report. The debt is pass the statue of limitations in New York State.
