Wells Fargo Credit card department,
First, a Wells fargo rep gave me an incorrect amount to bring my account up to date. I was $6.00 short, so they put my acct as delinquent. The second time, I called to verify a payment and I was told that it was processed. Then I get a call saying my account is 90 days past due. I pay late fee after late fee, but the bank does not want to take accountability for their mistakes.
