JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
CHASE Credit Card Slate is reporting missing payment and credit card default under my name, I was only and authorize user in the account so I can do some shopping for a friend due to he was disable, but I have never sign any agreement on me be responsible for this account, I have done a dispute with -, - and - and they have not done any changes on my report, also I have sent letters and faxes to Chase directly and they have ignore my request. I have ask for a validation of the debt under FDCPA section 809 Validation Of Debt ( 15 USC 1692.g ) ( B ) and they have ignore my request, I been denied credit and opportunity due this reporting, I will like to please enforce this law now and also get a judgment of $1000.00 for damages due to this, I have taking time of my life and pay for faxes and latter plus postage to fixe this problem and I still have not any response from Chase Slate Card.
