I faxed ( - ) - all of the required documents to a rep. by the name of - ( - - - on -/-/-. The money was deposited to my account on -/-/- in the amount of $2500.00. My payment schedule is as follows : One payment on -/-/- in the amount of $120.00. Beginning -/-/- ( 47 ) monthly payments@-. MY APR IS 139.13 %. MY TOTAL PAYMENTS WILL BE $13000.00 BY THE TIME I AM FININSHED PAYING THIS LOAN OFF ( -/-/- ). Account Info : Account # - Western Sky Financial , LLC, -. - -, -, - - ( - ) -. I later received a pamphlet in the mail with Delbert Services. I do not remember when I received the pamphlet. I did not know who they were. The pamphlet stated that the loan had been assigned to Delbert Services Corporation. It also contained my account number, and payment details. I went to their website www.DelbertServices.com, put in the required information and low and behold


my email that stated cash call would be making a withdrawal in the amount of $290.00. I realized from the amount that this was part of Delbert Services. - has been making withdrawals from my bank account since -/-/- in the amount of $290.00. As of -/-/- I will have paid $7700.00. I have never been delinquent on this loan. This is the latest email that I have received : -- - - at - - To : -- - - - - - - - RE : Loan # - Dear Borrower, This letter is to remind you that your scheduled payment of $290.00 will be electronically withdrawn on -/-/- - -. Please make sure funds are available for this transaction. Pursuant to your loan documents, a fee of $29.00 will be charged for any returned payments. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at ( - ) -. Sincerely, - , - .
