Enchanced Recovery is violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I had an account with - - - back in -/-/-. I had an issue with - -. They were supposed to make a website for my business and never completed the task. I disputed this in -/-/- through -/-/-. Enhanced Recovery bought the debt and despite many requests have never validated the debt with us. Now they continue to report the debt even though they can not prove we owe it and it is past 7 years FCRA rules.
