I first received a call from - - with Summit receivables phone number - on - on my employer 's phone at work. I asked that they do not contact me at work any further. She called me later that night on my cell phone and stated in her message that she had verification of employment and verification of income for a matter on - -, - - of residence, and made it seem as if legal action was being taken. On -, I received a call on my cell phone with a message now stating that she will move forward with her audit to get verification of employment and income. On -, my employer received a fax from summit receivables requesting my personal information to include my salary and other terms of my employment, which my employer did not fill out or return to them. On -, my employer once again received a call from them asking to speak with me but I was unavailable at the time. I have yet to receive a verification of this debt from summit receivables as well.
