Vally Credit never sent validation of the debt and erroneously marked my credit for a bill i do not oweThe bill is a sewer bill from a residence I moved out of in - of 2014. I canceled my service and the City of - made no effort to contact me. I put in a change of address and no mail has been forwarded. I just checked the City of - 's website and my cell phone is still on file. The city has never called me nor has the agency. No efforts have been made to communicate with me and the agency is violating the FDCPA and the FCRA.
