I was previoulsy informed by the Department of Homeland Security that my information was invovled in the security breech and that my information needed to be monitored. In late - early - my checking account was compromised and my payment that was sent to Worl Finance was returned. I contacted World Finance and explaned to them the situation and they agreed to allow me to bring my account payments current on or before - -. I set a payment to be payed from my new account on -/-/2015 which was recieved by World Finance. I received a phone call from them stating that they are refusing my payment because I had a report - return payments. When I inquired about return payments he stated that my most recent payment was returned and a payment that was on a previous loan was returned as well. I informed him that I called about the previous payment and the conflict with my old checkking account being frozen due to the information breech which he confirmed was in the notes. He then stated that its a sign in the store that states when loan payments are returned - or more times they are no


will be accepted. I asked to speak to a manager but was told he would call me on Friday -/-/2015. On -/-/2015 the manager never called. I the contacted World Finance and I was spoken to harshly by a young woman on the phone. When I tried to explain my problem she stated that the polucy which I was calling about was a corporate policy and was not lsited in the contract. She then stated that the manage would then contact me on -/-/2015. As of -/-/2015 no one has contacted me and I have called several times to the store but now - will take my call. - payment made on -/-/2015 has been sent back to me. In addtion I would like to mention that I have had several loans with this company and have had an excellent lending history with them.
