JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I found out I have a Judgement on my record. After looking into it and verifying this was mine I contacted Chase and followed the steps they told me I needed to follow to remove the Judgement. I settled and paid the agreed amount. Faxed them the paperwork they asked for and they said it would take up to 3 months to process and have it removed. That was about 5 months ago. I have contacted them twice and they said they would mail me the paperwork. I verified my mailing address both times and have yet to receive anything from them. How should I proceed?
