I received a collection notice from ERC - Enhanced Recovery Company ) in -, FL, and it appears that - is billing me $260.00 for a service I never received. In - 2014, I ordered internet service from - - and they set up an installation appointment. No one ever came out to my residence to install - - internet service. I waited three weeks after the installation appointment thinking they would call me to reschedule ; however, they never called so I called them and - of their sales agents told me they did n't even have service in - -, Texas, and that they would cancel the order. The original sales agent never told me they did n't have service in - -, Texas. Just to summarize, I never received any type of service from - and I have a collection agency called ERC trying to collect a debt.
