JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase Bank closed all - of my credit card accounts in - 2015 after I reported them to the CFPB for failing to secure my accounts from fraud after my cards were compromised. Since I generally paid my cards off each month, I had a credit balance of $110.00. I told Chase via phone on two separate occasions to issue a check for the credit balance. I also told them this via letter that they signed for. Chase has intentionally retained a credit balance on a closed credit card account and refused to refund me after I asked multiple times over a three to four-month period.
