The Collection Connection Debt collection department,
Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California
The debt collector- ( The Collection Connection ) has been hired by my previous - who I have been fighting with over the charges he 's states we owe over - missed appointments in - 2014. He 's trying to charge my wife and I $510.00 for - missed appointments he claimed we missed in - of 2014. I requested proof of us agreeing to these said appointments, and the Debt collector sent me a copy of the doctors appointment book with his notes in it. I have told the debt collector these are erroneous charges no services were ever provided nor did we ever commit to an appointment on said dates in -/-/- otherwise we would have been there just like numerous other times we have went and my insurance was billed. This doctor- ( - - ) is taking advantage of us, he knows how stressed we are and after turning us into the collection agency continued to harass us every appointment we had after that. I told him several times that we never agreed on those appointments and its not fair he 's trying to charge us missed appointment charges of $250.00 for each appointment, he does n't even charge the insurance company that much for an hour appointment when I have agreed to see him. Please help our family and I 'm sure the other family 's this doctor takes advantage of.
