TD Bank Credit card department,
My Complaint is regarding an extra $12.00 charge that Target .com placed on my Target Credit Card when they sent me not - pkg of - - Towels but - pkgs of - - - & I refused - accept the Extra - pkg from - and the Paper Towels were Returned and was Received by Target Dock and sign by -.Target has inform me that they wo n't refund the extra $12.00 which I believe is illegal.
