I had a - - credit account. I have a letter showing my account # and the account was paid in full and closed. Calvary Portfolio is suing me for a different - - account that is not mine. It is a different account # and I have sent them the letter and spoken to someone on the phone and they told me they would get me the paperwork to claim it as a fraud account. I have asked them to give me the account information and - - it was opened at but have yet to get anything from them including the packet of information to claim fraud. I have made multiple phone calls to them, their attorney and corresponded with the attorney 's office through email but can not get proof that this account is mine. I have never had - - - - accounts.
