My name is - -. Yesterday - -, 2015. I went inside of Wells Fargo Bank on - - and - - in -, Fl -. My reason for visiting the bank was to get another bank card. My old one was cancelled due to misused. I was told from - of the customer rep. When visited a month ago or so.. That I had to wait thirty day 's. Keep my account clear. Before I can get another card. It 's now pass those thirty days. - - who was helping me was not able to help nor give me a temporary card because she was told by her supervisor -. The same reason the guy rep told me. Not even to bother looking further into that it 's been pass thirty days etc.. Well once I got home I called Wells Fargo - - number to find out why that bank would n't give me a card and to see if they could send it to me. I was told to go back into that same branch and ask to speak to a supervisor. Because they could n't understand as well why they could n't give me another
and told me that I was n't gone be able to get a temporary card not today. That she will give - my information to try again and give me a call back. I never received that called back. I called the - - again.. To see what else can I do. And they told me to try another branch which I did. The on off of - - and - - -, fl I was in and out in - minutes.. No problem whatsoever! And the lady who helped me said she did n't know why they could n't help me and even ask me what bank that was. I was not pleased at all nor did I appreciate the nonchalant attitude of the supervisor at that branch.
