I have been receiving phone calls on both my home phone and cell phone. I blocked the number from both, but they are still able to leave a voicemail on my cell phone. They are stating they need to know my whereabouts so they can serve me papers. They also claim I have - hours to respond before they submit it to the court. It is the same - second message everyday. It is clearly a robo call, and they claim they are calling from High Points Assets. The person never identifies himself. I did call them back well over a week ago. I asked the lady on the phone, - '' why was I not mailed a debt validation letter. She said she would submit it by email. I said that does not validate the debt. I then asked her what her physical address was, she said they only have a -. -, and they are in - New York . I knew then they were definitely a scam. Since I contacted them, they have called every morning between - & - pacific time. I am tired of these scammers thinking they can bully people into paying a debt they do not owe. I get these calls constantly, and I want them to stop. The number that they continue to contact me with is -.
