A debt collection agency is claiming that they will submit to both my account and my wife 's account on - and - a debt claimed by an HOA as a separate debt each year that the HOA submits the debt as delinquent. Thus, the disputed debt will continue on our credit report in perpetuum. We disputed this debt many times already. Is this legal?
