Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Texas

Numerous phone calls and voice mails where messages are left claiming my social security number has been seized by the government, someone will be coming to my home to make an arrest for theft by deception, their is a case filed against me, and they have started calling and using my personal cell phone number to register as the number calling my phone! They have also contacted my last employer numerous times and corresponded on my private employer email account, as well as started calling numerous others and leaving information about me on others ' voice mails!
