My employer received a so called summons on paper work that was not sealed in a private envelope to keep my personal information private from other employees, this was Thursday -/-/15, then my pay check dated -/-/15 was garnished, stating voluntary deduction on my stub, I was never advised of anything, never received any type of judgement or court order. the payday loan company was Check City.
