Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay North Carolina

I have already filed a complaint - time and I 'm about to do it again. First off I have filed bankruptcy so no one should be trying to take payments out of my account since I put a stop to all Auto Drafts just looked and a payment had try to be taken from my account on the - of - and the -. As I stated I would have it paid in full and caught up by the end of the month. Then when I filed the first complaint they just decided nor to respond to it which they are required too do so. I already know I have NSF charges on my account but I can clear all that up. It 's not right how these companies feel they can do what they want to when they want to. Do n't want to be bothered or harassed I will make sure all is done that needs to be done.
