JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
There are - issues with my Chase Mastercard. There were a series of non requested upgrading of my card that resulted in charges and eventually fines for a service I did not requested. This affected my credit rating. From -/-/- to -/-/- I had monthly non authorized charges for purchases I did not make, and my account was penalized for overdrawn because I did not pay this illegal charges. Eventually Chase Mastercard made some refunds but they immediately withdrawn supposedly to pay new purchases from the same company whose charges were not authorized. As result of this illegal practice I was reported to the credit bureau and received a bad score that seriously affected my credit
