Regarding a - installation. - installed internet and TV service under a30 day trial. The service did not function correctly repeatedly. Within the 30 day trial period, I told them to remove it. They did so but charged my account $130.00 but never sent a bill that I received. They turned this over to Credit Management , LP. to collect. Credit Management would not accept the - reference number ( -/-/2015 ) saying it was rectified. My - score, I just learned last week, is now low - 's down from over a consistent -. I had called - to rectify on : -/-/2015 - # - ( talked to - in - - - said she would fix it and someone would call back to confirm. They never did. -/-/2015 talked to - Billing Dept?? Ticket # - said I would receive a letter confirming the correction and - fix on priority basis. As of -/-/2015 no letter was received. -/-/2015 I explained - last time the issue but I am certain the gal on the phone was not understanding the issue. I requested to be contacted by a supervisor and let them know this is my LAST call to -. I have no confidence I will hear from -. I applied for a home mortgage last week to find my damaged credit score and now have to accept a higher rate 4.75 % due to this. This will cost me - dollars. I request - be fined and pay me damages of $100000.00. I have the notes from each call on file. I also want them to fix my - score and I ask that Credit Management be fined and pay me damages for predatory practices.
