I 'm not quite sure how to complain about pay pal for running a hard credit inquiry on my credit report. On -/-/-, while the latest - I PHONE 6 S PLUS was unveiled. My cell phone carrier is - -. - - has implemented a new phone purchase plan. A customer since -/-/- - - has changed their phone upgrade purchases. Previously, phones such as the - phone that was released on -/-/- reduced the price for new phone to roughly $200.00 However, since -/-/- - - has implemented a monthly payment plan that had a customer pay a monthly installment ( 0 % ) to pay for the new phone.On -/-/- I ordered the new - Phone ( through - - ) and implemented the monthly payment plan of - -. The order was complete, however when attempting a - - FICO score I noticed my score went ( from - ) from - to -. This occurred due to the fact that my - - order of -/-/- a - hard line credit inquiry was also preformed without my knowledge and/or consent. I have attempted to call Pay Pal about this and was not successful in having this company removing this from my credit inquiry. I have noticed through this federal agency federal legal action has been taken against -, however did n't see a process to joining any class action settlements.
