Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Texas

I signed a contract with - - - - ( - '' ), and they were supposed to pay off my Sub and Unsub loans. I have been paying - $ 39 monthly, and they were automatically debiting the money from my bank account. Then - contacted me to renew my request for a deferment, and - informed me that - had not paid my loan as per the contract. Now I have sent - a letter stating that I would no longer pay them the $39.00, and I put a stop payment on the ACH with my bank. I would like my money back and, more importantly, I want - exposed as a fraud so other students wo n't go through this ordeal.
