Paypal Credit denied my application for an account because they said they could n't identify me. ( I have had a PayPal account for many years ) They used public records '' from a company called -. The questions were : Have you or anyone you 've known lived in the following cities ( them they gave me a list of - cities ) the second question was for the exact street number of the house where I lived with my mother 37 years ago. There was a - question also but I forget what it was.
