I was recently informed by a potential mortgage company that there is a judgement against my husband for over $4300.00, it was filed on - -, 2008 by CACH , LLC for - Bank. We were never served any papers or notified. I tried to locate who to speak with regarding this but all the trails are dead ends, - bank is out of business & the number I was given to call said I won a cruise. It was filed in a civil court in a town I do n't live in.
