Company states that I owe a remaining balance on a loan of approximately $ -+. I have refinanced loans with this company a number of times over a number of years. I feel that the interest calculation on the loan is incorrect and that I have more than paid off this loan based on the amount of interest paid as well as paying for insurance. The company is continuing to try and collect the remaining balance and is continuously calling work and home. I want the loan to be investigated to determine whether or not it violates lending standards. If it does not then I will pay the remaining balance. If it does I want my account resolved and any negative credit reporting corrected. In addition, I want the Company to cease calling me.
