Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit California
I feel very disappointed because of a debt that now has affected my property with a lien on it with a summons I never authorize. Who ever took the summons documents never notify me so that I can negotiate with Calvary Portfolio. I feel violated of my rights under the Fare Debt Collection Practices Act and need an immediate answer.
