Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California
I was seen at - - Hospital for - ( mind you I had been released from - - hospital from an - ) and released that same day. I did not have my medical card with me at the time of service. I had emergency medical which cover all my emergency visits. I did submit my medial card to the billing department about 3 days later. I was told by someone at the billing department they have received it. 4 years later I check my credit report and turns out I owe a balance of -. I had just became a resident of the U.S and received my social security card and like everyone I wanted to start building my credit. Unfortunately, I could n't because of this issue in my credit report. This has been done fraudulent because I did have insurance at the time of service and I did submit proof of medical in a timely manner. I need this to be investigated and removed from my account. Also, Grant and Weber ( collection agency ) have added my wife - - onto this account. My wife is not liable nor responsible for this debt, she needs to be removed. They have requested a fraudulent inquiry on her credit report.
