I have disputed this item before ( CFPB Case number : - ) and have still to be provided proof that I EVER received a letter with a right to dispute ( which I very well would have ). Legally, ( as they very well know ) I have a right to dispute. We have moved several times. Is this why? If so, they still by law must have provided ME with a collection letter with my right to dispute. Because of this ongoing mess and the failure to provide such a document once again, I am requesting this item be removed from my credit reports.
