I have requested several times that Campus Partners disclose the status of my account to - ; however, they are not honoring my request. Campus Partners drops the ball on my request and causes significant delays when I fax them paperwork. In essence, my problem is that Campus Partners does not process my requests in a timely manner which causes me damages. Their customer services reps lied to me and gave me incorrect information when I asked them what I needed to give them in order for - - of Transunion to inquire about my account ''. In addition they are telling me that I have to wait 1 week for them to confirm a time-sensitive fax. Due their incompetence, significant delays and unfair treatment I am unable to accomplish my goal of having - call to get an update on my account.
