Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Washington

I got a voice mail from a - - at - ( sp? ) - - in - threatening me with legal action and that they were sending someone to my house to serve me with legal documents and I need to call the Litigation Office '' at : - with reference number : -. I called this number and they said they had a Lawsuit filed for a - ( - - ) and I have to pay them - '' amount in order to stop this Lawsuit. I explained to them him I am permanently - and am Social Security -. He did NOT care and was E-TREMELY rude, intimidating and threatening, then he hung up on me! This -, - - account is WAY past the Statue of Limitations. This account was opened on -/-/- & was last paid on -/-/-. The account was opened when I lived in Nevada where the Statue of Limitations is Four Years. It 's OVER Five Years ( close to Six ) past the Statue of Limitations. They also called ALL of my Relatives before they called me! I sent - ( now - ) & the collection company ( CACH , LLC ) a Cease & Desist letter several years ago and have not heard from them since. I am currently looking into my legal recourse against them.
