TD Bank Debt collection department,
Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft California
I do not know who opened the account and didnt until account showed up on my credit report. I filed a police report and submitted other required information to Target and to all credit reporting agencies, however - and Target refuse to remove this information from being reported correctly. - claims all Target has to do is say it my name address and ss # and it stays, Well that is the VERY information the person committing the fraud uses to obtain said credit in my name.. Ive even submitted copies of fraud activity removed from all agencies from 2004. This is my life and I feel like im being played with from all angles and Im gon na fight this until its corrected because im tired of it all. It impeads on my credit scores, my ability to purchase, and its extremely stressful to have to deal with this.
