When I signed up for - I agreed on a one year contract that was what the lady said on the phone with me. I never missed a payment the whole year and when I decided to cancel due to the fact that it kept going down they said I had to pay a fee for not staying with them for 2 years. I called and disputed that till the guy on the phone got very vulgar and demanding.
