PayPal Credit Card Complaint

Payoff process

PayPal Credit card department,

Payoff process Texas

I used paypal credit to purchase some plane tickets. I received a promotion that said I would n't be charged interest for 6 months. If I paid the total amount before 6 months were up, no interest would be charged. I have no idea when my 6 months are up because I was n't able to access the billing statement on paypal.com. I 'm assuming that since I bought the tickets last month, I have till - 2016. I tried to go in today to make a payment but I could n't. Paypal faqs state that the link to make a payment is under the Money '' category. There was nothing there. I tried logging in through BillMeLater and it directed me to the same paypal page with the same instructions. No matter what I did, I could not find a way to make a payment. Finally, I remembered receiving an email saying that my statement was online. I clicked on the link in the email and it took me to the right place. I should n't have to resort to last ditch efforts like this. If paypal is going to be issuing credit then it needs to stop hiding the payment page.
