I went to BMO bank - - - - WI. I gave them a $10.00 bill and asked for a roll of quarters. They asked if I had an account there. I said no. They said they could not give me the roll of quarters. They said they are saving them for their customers. What are banks for? I used - money asking for - money. Are the United States low on quarters?
