I was offered a pre-qualified Business Line of Credit '' from Wells Fargo on - -, 2015. I denied credit based on financial information from what I was told by a Representative of Wells Fargo, from old financial archives '' from - of a charge-off '' of a credit card from Wells Fargo which is no longer on my Credit Bureau Agency or other reporting financial agencies. I was then told that


my Credit Bureaus was used to determine my application result. But yet, on the phone with a manager, I was told that old financial archives from Wells Fargo was used. I asked them were they using my race and location of my business as factor for denying me a business line of credit ''? Of course, they responded that this was not the case '' but no good explaination was given for my denial of a business credit line other then a consumer credit card charge off from - ''. I believe Wells Fargo is using unfair business practices and discriminated towards my application based on my - location.
