The alleged loan orginated in -/-/- and the account was charged off in -/-/-. The account was acquired by Resurgent Capital Services from - - -, - on -/-/-. I was contacted by mail in reference to this alleged loan. The original creditor was - - - -, of which I have never had any dealings. I have submitted a written dispute asking for all original documents and proof of this alleged loan with my signature. The loan is clearly out of the statute of limitations and is uncollectable. Yet I continue to receive correspondence in efforts to collect this debt. Resurgent has refused to accomodate any of my request for any and all documents pertaining to this alledged loan. I consider this harassment and would like all correspondence to cease and desist. Thank you for your time
